Does metamorFIT offer package deals?

Yes, we offer 5, 10, and 20 session packages called FIT Class Packages (or FIT Family Class Packages) which can be purchased by going to the online store on our Mindbody site, and choosing FIT Class Packages from the drop down menu.  Similarly, you can purchase FIT Family Class Packages by following the same steps and instead, chose FIT Family Class Packages from the drop down menu. We also offer drop in rates for all types of classes.  

Can the whole family share the classes in a package?

Yes!  FIT Class packages are meant to be shared with every member of your family!  Once all family members have an account, please let us know and we will connect them so that classes can be shared between spouses or parents and children.  This means that if you purchase a 20 FIT Class Package, those 20 classes can be used by every member of the family for any adult or FIT Kids class.

How do I create log-ins for my children in order to register for FIT Kids classes?

If you are creating a log in for your children, please create an additional log in with the same email address and a different password that is easily remembered.  This will allow you to see your child's schedule when logged in as well as cancel a class if need be.  You can book a class under your own log in by selecting book on behalf of someone and entering their name.  Please don't hesitate to contact us if we can help you to register yourself, spouse or your children.  Email - jeff@metamorfitllc.com or call 484-902-8045.

How do I schedule a class?

Each new client gets their first class FREE.  Go to our home page and click "CLICK HERE TO SCHEDULE YOUR CLASS" button.  From there you will be directed to our Mindbody site, there you will need to create an account or if you have a Mindbody account you will need to log in as a new visitor. You can then go to the classes tab and book the class of your choice.

​How do I get pricing?

Pricing is listed on our PRICING/SCHEDULE page.  Any type of promotion will have a promotion code for you to use when making a purchase. 

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, there is a 8 hour cancellation policy.  Reservations that are cancelled before 8 hours will be credited back to your account.  Any class that is cancelled within that time frame will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation policy when dangerous weather conditions are expected?

If there is potential for bad weather overnight and into the morning, we will make the call at least 30 minutes before the 5:30 am classes start.  Check Facebook prior to leaving for class in the event of a cancellation. If classes are still being held and you do not feel comfortable driving, just send us a message, and you will not be penalized for cancelling class.
