HIIT

HIIT classes focus on strength movements and interval training.  Expect to increase strength, burn more calories during and after exercise, and pitch your heart rate to increase your metabolism.

Kettlebell

Kettlebell classes focus on dynamic and challenging movements with kettlebells.  Functional training will improve muscle tone, body composition and strength. Additional benefits include, strengthening the tendons and ligaments, making your joints tougher.

Open Gym times will now be available daily!

  You will reserve a spot just like a group class, and will be able to work out for 45 minutes with a posted workout or just workout using our equipment as you see fit.  This will be semi-private.  There will be only 10 members allowed during open gym time.  There will be a coach on site at all times to help as needed.
