HIIT classes focus on strength movements and interval training.  Expect to increase strength, burn more calories during and after exercise, and pitch your heart rate to increase your metabolism.

Kettlebell

Kettlebell classes focus on dynamic and challenging movements with kettlebells.  Functional training will improve muscle tone, body composition and strength. Additional benefits include, strengthening the tendons and ligaments, making your joints tougher.

Core Tabata

TRX is a full-body suspension based workout that utilizes a person’s own body weight.  TRX workouts focus on developing strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.  All fitness levels are encouraged to take our TRX class.  A unique aspect of suspension training is that all moves can match your fitness level by simply changing your body position and center of gravity.

TRX Sculpt & Stretch

Reap the maximum benefits strength training offers in this 50 minute multidimensional class. Utilizing TRX straps, the Pilates Circle, resistance band/balls, and light hand weights, every muscle group will tone & sculpt FAST. Class concludes with a lovely 5 minute stretch, allowing the body to lengthen & recover appropriately.

In this 45 minute class, you will focus on working your core for a portion of the class and then move to high intensity Tabata style work!  Tabata is 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. You will find that there are regressions and progressions so this class is for everyone! 

Mat Pilates

Carefully designed, Mat Pilates is a comprehensive workout intended to build endurance, strength, and flexibility while targeting all of the major muscle groups. This class is held in an intimate, 8-person maximum setting. In this smaller class setting, your instructor is able to personalize form and alignment most suitable to the individual. This class will motivate & encourage you to make a commitment to enhance your overall health and wellness.

Barre-less Barre

Get a great barre workout without the barre! While performing exercises that focus on control and increasing flexibility to improve overall strength, you will also lift and lengthen while toning and actively stretching. Barre-less Barre is held in an intimate, 8-person maximum setting. In this smaller class setting, your instructor is able to personalize form and alignment most suitable to the individual. It is perfect for anyone who wants to tone while working on his or her flexibility!
